Semi Synthetic. The 10W40 Premium Grade is recommended by JEM for all MkIII Soarer engines with high mileage for better all round protection.

Shipped as a 6 Litre package (all MkIII Soarers require approx. 5.4 litres for a complete oil change). You can also add an optional oil filter below if you like. Also if you are changing from a fully synthetic or mineral oil you might want to consider using Wynn's Engine Flush (also available as an optional extra below) before performing your oil change.
