Delivery Details
We only deliver to the United Kingdom at this time. Although we occasionally ship orders overseas you should contact us first before attempting to order if you live outside the United Kingdom.
We endeavour to ship all orders (subject to stock availability) the same day as we receive them on a Monday through to Friday, although that does rather depend on the time of day that your order arrives and the amount of orders in the dispatch queue at the time. In 90% of cases you will receive your goods the next working day if you place your order before midday, and hopefully all orders should be received within two working days (except in some remote regions).
Our shipping charges depend on the total value of your order and apply to the complete order. Orders up to the value of £30 are shipped by post and the carriage charge is £4.50. Orders above £30 are shipped by 24 hour courier and the carriage charge is £7.80.
The above charges apply to all of mainland Great Britain. Orders for Northern and Southern Ireland will be subject to a further handling charge which will not feature on the summary at checkout. In the majority of cases, we are able to ship via post to Ireland for the same cost as the courier charge, although obviously your order may take a little longer to arrive. In the unlikely event that the cost of shipping will be more than this we will email the details of the charge to you and get your approval before sending the goods.
